This pre-requisite for the next group(s) is a peer-review group facilitated by Ira Miller. Each member will develop and execute their own transition plan, supported by Ira's knowledge and experience and the insights of the other group members.
Course #2: Making the Transition: What Makes You Unique & Why It Matters
Overview
Consultants struggle to understand (and then share) what makes them unique and why clients should choose them over other consultants and services. This Study Group helps the member focus on the potential client, explain their capabilities in a way that will be understood and accepted.
Course #3: Establishing Your Story and Getting the Message Out
Overview
This Study Group builds on your Unique Value Proposition by adding your personal dimension. You will also start the process of developing your Go-To-Market strategy.
