Study Action Groups with Maxie Carpenter include Standing Out in the Marketplace:  A transition guide for those entering (or considering entering) the world of consulting.

Membership will generally be limited to 6 participants per group. Courses are sequential so must be taken in this order.

Course #1: What Sandbox Are You Going to Play In?
Overview

This course will help you develop an identity and articulate who you are, what you do and how you do it. You will leave with a better understanding and focus on what areas and client value you want to specialize, and how to communicate this to others.

Course #2: What Revenue Streams Are You Going to Target?
Overview

This course will help you create a revenue map that is viable, tangible and sustainable – a major key to success in the consulting business. In fact, the absence of this is probably the #1 reasons consultants fail.

Course #3: What Marketing Platform Are You Going to Build?
