What are Study Action Groups? Study Action Groups are designed to help you study a topic, take action to implement it, and gain benefits from the feedback of a small working group led by a faculty member that is an expert on the topic.
You will meet once a week for four (4) weeks by telephone, with participant numbers limited to 6. We want you to be able to attend, no matter where you are. Simply carve out 90 minutes a week for 4 weeks so you can turn your ideas into action – and test your thinking along the way.
Study Action Groups address different phases of your consulting practice:
- "Transition" – for people in transitioning out of being an executive or employee and into being an independent consultant.
- "Start-up" – for independent consultants in the first year of running their own business.
- "Sales and Marketing" - for any independent consultants that need to improve their sales and marketing skills to get more clients.
